Honeycomb Paper Core Production Line with the development trend of international new material applications.It is a green,energy- saving,environmentally friendly,and high-tech new material that replaces wood and plastic with paper,substitutes traditional  medium-to-high-end (five-layer,seven-layer)corrugated cartons,and replaces EPS plastic cushioning liners.

This production line is based on the principles of bionic mechanics, imitating the hexagonal grid structure of a bee hive in nature. Through multiple processes such as bonding, stretching, compounding, drying, and cutting, it transforms ordinary raw paper into a laminated structure material with excellent mechanical properties.

Honeycomb Paper Core Production Line is a new type of board made of paper honeycomb,which is based on the honeycomb structure.

Easy to recycle,renewable use,after special treatment can be flame retardant,moisture,waterproof,anti-mold,anti-static;It has the characteristics of heavy bearing,good elasticity,high strength, light weight and low cost.

Conveyor Bridge  Frame:
1.Multi-roll base paper is transmitted through the paper supporting shaftand tractionroller to enter the next process.
2.The surfaces ofall ollers are processed by precise grinding and hard chromium plating.
3.Dynamic balance tests are carried out on all rotating rollers to ensure smooth paper transmission.
4.The main beam is made of rectangular tubes,the support beam is made of H-steel,and the double-layer guardrail is supplemented with a thickened pedal design to ensure the safety and stability of the bridge frame.
Pressing  Department:
1.Steam  temperature:100~150°,with  automatic  temperature  control.
2.All rotating rolls undergo dynamic balance tests to ensure smooth paper transmission.
3.P reheating rolls are professionally manufactured and comply with national pressure vessel safety standards.
4.The machine speed is controlled by frequency conversion to keep synchronizing with the cutter speed.
Core  Cutting  Part:
1.Parallel paper feeding and inclined cutting.
2.Each upper blade is driven by an independent servo,and multiple groups of blades cut paper synchronously.
3.Servo paper feeding meets the demand for different core cutting lengths.
4.The oilpump centralized oil supply system avoids overheating of moving pairs and bearings.Lubrication and cooling are carried out simultaneously to ensure the service life of parts.
 Paper core dryer:

1.All rotating rollers are dynamically balanced to ensure smooth paper transmission.

2.Pallets are installed on two rows of chains to transport paper cores through the drying tunnel.

3.Dual radiators with centrifugal fans enable strong air replacement and hot air circulation.
